Disable emails during the COVID-19 period
Premier François Legault has ordered the cessation of all non-essential activities in Quebec for a period of 3 weeks in order to limit the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Here are some ideas to help you manage calendar appointments if your services cannot be delivered virtually.
Rather than canceling all appointments, we encourage you to turn off automated reminders. This will avoid confusion with your clients and will be done faster than deleting each appointment one by one.
Go to Settings-Advanced-Messaging.
Under the Reminder section, deactivate all reminders (email and sms / text). Don’t forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
In addition, when normal activities are summed up, you will be able to extract a report of the appointments that were scheduled during that period for follow-up.
Go to the Reports tab and generate an “Staff” report.
