Display a link to your website https

Your portal is the gateway to online appointment booking and displays your logo, colors, services and contact details. Until now, when you add a link to your website, the https protocol was automatically inserted in front of the “www” of your website’s URL. With the popularity of the https protocol, we now offer the choice between the prefix http or https.

If you would like to choose which prefix to use, go to Settings and select View Locations. Next, click the Edit button next to the location you want to update.  Finally, click on the drop down menu next to the Website field and select the protocol you would like to use. Don’t forget to save your changes by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking Save.

Take back control of your agenda by grouping appointments

If you are just starting out in your career and don’t want to seem “too available” or if you want to make the most of your days by scheduling appointments around appointments already on the calendar, we have a feature that is sure to interest you!

Calendarspots.com offers various possibilities for grouping appointments together and thus avoiding gaps in the schedule. Each employee can proceed with the configuration according to their preference.

To activate this feature, go to Settings-Staff and select Edit next to the name of the staff member you want to update. Next, scroll to Online Scheduling Rules.

Different options for grouping appointments

Directly before / after appointments already on the agenda: For example, if you offer care lasting 60 minutes without a break between appointments and an appointment is set for Thursday at 2 p.m., the only other available appointments that customers will see online are 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

A window of 2 hours before / after the appointments on the agenda: For example, if you offer care lasting 60 minutes without a break between appointments and an appointment is set for Thursday at 2 p.m., the only other available appointments that customers will see online are 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

A window of 3 hours before / after the appointments on the agenda: For example, if you offer treatments lasting 60 minutes without a break between appointments and an appointment is set for Thursday at 2 p.m., the only other available appointments that customers will see online are 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Show availability in the morning before the others: The software will suggest the time slots before noon before opening the rest of the day’s schedule.

Display availability in the afternoon before the others: The software will propose the time slots between noon and 6 p.m. before opening the rest of the day’s schedule.

Display evening availability before others: The software will suggest time slots after 6 p.m. before opening the rest of the day’s schedule.
